We’re proud to deliver the Adult Services Technology for Independence service for Swindon Borough Council. As the Council’s strategic partner, we’re focused on proactive, preventative care that enhances resident outcomes.

The service incorporates:

  • Assessments for individuals including proactive review after TEC installation
  • Sourcing, supply and installation of TEC equipment
  • Equipment training for individuals and informal carers
  • A clinically-led programme of culture change including local engagement events
  • 24/7/365 monitoring and virtual response
  • Ongoing support, testing, pre-planned maintenance and repair of equipment
