24/7, 365 days a year, our dedicated call operators, clinicians and first responders follow call handling protocols to effectively triage calls and device alerts according to service user need. We ensure compatibility with all equipment types and manufacturers.

Our friendly staff perform clinically led wellbeing calls as an extra layer of support for those most vulnerable. Our person-centred and strengths-based approach effectively protects and safeguards service users whilst reducing pressures on the wider health and social care system.
